Just found out a large cucumber is only ~45 calories for the whole thing. Gonna add that to my diet that is lacking fruits and veggies atm.
Celery extremely low in calories. Broccoli and spinach my 2 favorites veggies and that's a good thing cause they're likely 2 of the best nutritionally. Broccoli considered tops by most, for it's nutritional value and benefits while also being low calorie with low carbs. Spinach, a bit more carbs but a lot more protein as well.

yeah I dont mind brocolli in my food but I dont think I'd eat it by itself. It's good in rice. Do you eat it by itself?

Yeah, I like it steamed with either butter on it or just some salt. Don’t like it raw as much but will eat it in a salad like that.

A lot of people think of them as just a fall/holiday type thing but they're available year round and said to be far more nutritional than regular potatoes. Sometime make fries with them too and bake them.

You be weak. It is you who is jelly. Here I sit at normal weight, effortlessly, while you finds it hard to move around wiff all dat fat and duh girly fibromyalgia. Here I be, eating meals meant for kings, while you eat duh grapes n apples just to keep you from going beyond obese. Pretty soon you'll have to call a rescue team to cut out a hole in yo house to crane yo fat ass out.

i do wonder how me fat came off during me interview today. one chick hands be hot n sweaty.. must like them big bois.. but idk.. idk how me view went...normally i have a good read on em... but me first panel interview ever n maybe the fat in me eyes blocked me from seeing the results...dunno if imma get hired.. normally i know by the time i leave.....well dats not true.. worstest interview i be ever had, i got the job......but at the same time, i aint pure white and everybody that worked there seemed juss that.. so maybe there be a race biased thang if i aint hired.. dis is australia.. or maybe its the fat..

most veg is low cal.. eat em up.. low cal n most be guud wif them vits.. eating clean with majority of veg makes it hard to hit them required cals.. dats why i be dranking oil...

peas are a good filler and be has protein.... even moreso than duh spinach..

I guess I'm lucky, I'm not a big fan of ice cream or most sweets. Maybe candy but that's about it.

Never realized how many calories were in baked goods.

We steam it too, than a little butter and Lawry's® Seasoned Salt. We made some Brocco-flower tonight the same way.

Had no venom here, Aussie, just silly replying to your posts that respond to nothing being said and only lies and complete fables you've made up on your head to cope with your obvious struggles.

And, LOL, as they say on the internet. I've never been 350 or even close to 250. Highest I've been in my life is 230 and even that didn't last for more than a month or so.

I would think someone, like yourself, who has a far greater struggle ahead with weight and aches and pains, would be looking for something rather new as opposed to the same old tired method that fails people 9 1/2 out of 10 times. You'd want something where the body fat not only comes off a lot more quickly but it's scientifically proven to promote better health and ease and heal chronic health problems. That's what I tried to present you with IF but you just played around like that old proven to fail way was the only way. Then there's the the thing with muscle loss you've been stuck on while IF is proven to promote more fat loss and less muscle loss than traditional fail type diets like yours. Don't know why you're concerned with muscle loss anyway, that muscle you gained way back in your glory days is long gone after spending decades not training them and leading a sedentary life style that promoted your heavy weight gain.

And the thing with old superman and Adi bringing bodybuilding in it, I just mentioned that's not healthy either. I don't have the need or want to look like that, nor does 99.9% of the population. While it has health benefits in the short run, it's bad for your health in the long run. Carrying that extra weight, even if it be all muscle, is bad for your heart and other organs and too much on your joints. Arnold Schwarzenegger used to compete at 240 but when not competing would slim down to 200/210 for the very reasons I just stated. Part of The Rock's daily supplements he takes is Chondroitin and Glucosamine to ease the joint pain he has.

Actually, a cup of green peas, most common in people's diets, still has less protein than a cup of spinach while having twice as many calories and a lot more sugar and total carbs. It is the yellow split pea that is used for protein powder and while high in protein and fiber and low in sugar, have a lot more calories and total carbs than even green peas.

why are you comparing yourself to arnold and the rock, youll never be able to hit those levels by starving. or without some gear..

i think imma take some of this fat energy and create a new political party in australia. i be feeling a bit FATcetious. perhaps ill call it the minority party. be try and get all the blacks/browns and disenfranchised whites, specifically the poor whites --- da bogans who i consider minorities. i just need to point out how duh rich whites hate them, and manipulate them to point da blame on the coloreds. much like you pointing the finger at possible joints pains as another excuse not to exercise.
