looking forward to his next weight-gain experiment

ive been experimenting with this. i find that if I dont go to the gym and dont alter my food intake because of this, ill start putting on fat.

Tried to read back through some of this thread, but that aussie gibberish was hard too understand and I gave up. Was that bear drunk, high or E-tarded. I dont see how you peoples communicated with that bear.

Also, so Spartan was Aussie or Aussie is Spartan?

Never posted I was 5'10". If I had you'd be able to find it. That was just that stupid Canadian Xuder saying he thought he remembered me saying I was 5'10" but he's just stupid and Canadian.

If I was going to lie about my height I'd make it more than 6' even. 6' is little more than average. Both my boys are 6'3" - 6'4".

180 is where I landed with keto and have stayed there since. Before that, was at 200 since HS, going up to 220.
Is this what you did to get taller?

If you're 200 pounds,that's 10% of your body weight. If 20 pounds "isn't as much as you make it seem" for you, it means you're over 200 which makes you a giant, fat lardass. Maybe quit eating butter like it's a carrot and start eating carrots? Try putting carrots in your coffee. Fatty.
Man 20 pounds is a huge difference for me. That's a difference of 145 to 165. This is coming from someone who drinks over 1,000 calories of beer of day alone. I can't gain weight for the life of me. Always been this way and I'm totally passed the age where my metabolism should be slowing down.

I'm averaging that beer amount from the caloric content of a particular flagship beer which is 220 calories per 12 oz. So like 4-5 a day.
