yeah, i tried to add sum junk. not much, but enough to get a taste.

this weeks or next weeks experiment on meself will be lowering my protein levels. ive been hitting 120-130g. going to shoot for around 70-80g to see if there is a difference. i noticed after back to back meals with lower protein levels...that on the third day i had symptoms of the keto flu. perhaps it was just the progression of me diet or maybe it was the lower protein. gonna test myself to find out.

another future experiment will be fasting 48+ hrs 1-2 times in a week with heavy band exercise on one and no band exercise (juss boxing) on another. just to see if i get dat hgh boost

at the same time, im doing fine and dont want to change up. but i will experiment... the ice cream sammich and doritos aint on the menu this week. but me other main proteins.. duh fish... is coming online this weigh-in week.

Full keto Mud Brane is a thing. It takes a week or so to get through it depending.

well i be had a full on headache the first day, a slight one the following.. even be have a slightly tiny tiny one today.. had palpitations before the headaches for a couple of days and those moved on and stopped. been getting cramps in me abs.. its the only part of me body to cramp..

i had added magnesium tabs to see if it would help those cramps.. but it hasnt.. i do salt water already.. n me foods n multivitamins have me minerals... ab cramps only come on at the end of me workout doing ab work.. im thinking they is weak and being overworked from the heavy bag.. cause me intercostal muscles be a lil sore too.. didnt happen lass time.... when i started working out last go around, i be pointed out how weak me core was... so instead of doing multiple sets, planks and scissors or whatever every other day.. im just doing a set of unassisted military aussie sit ups to try n build up a base.

aussie military situps be hands on thigh and raise til wrists touch knee tops if jyall be wondering. they usually have someone assisting and holding down the feet but i do them with me feet free of any assistance.

im going to try making a cauliflower base for me first time n have pizza tonight.. guess i should go check out youtube fer ideas.. if the one i use be decent.. ill post it in here.

pizza was a gut heavy n guud.. just not great.. cause of me preferences fer a crispy crust..the crust was a lil too moist fer me but it did hold together....i will adjust nexx time... me family liked it a lot though..

i just went with the first video i be found..

i basically followed this guy fer the crust.... cept i used a fine grater cause i aint got no large whole grater... also, when me cauliflower was in the pan i added a lil salt to draw out moisture quicker. i used a different hard cheese too.. used grana padano, cause thats what i be had...

he said he was lazy and didnt want to ring out the extra water left in the cauliflower through a cloth... so i didnt either... ill do this step next time for a crispier crussted..

overall me pizza was acceptable.. be added a butter garlic painting before me tomato sauce.. then duh red onions, green peppers, mushroom, cheese.. what a so called 'diet' right.. just a way of life fer realz.. will be adding these pizzas wiff a crispier crust a couple of times a month.. the other weeks will be me buffalo wings..

What you added and shit sounds real good. Think you should try it all on the fat head recipe. Looks better than the cauliflower.

I tried that Real Good Pizza with the chicken crust yesterday. It was not real good. Got it in Shop Rite. Haven't really seen it anywhere else but, no matter, I'd rather have fresh chicken parm. Did notice they sell just a plain cauliflower crust in the frozen section too. The fat head pizza dough seems better though and could also be used to make low carb bagels, waffles and what not. Gonna try it myself eventually. I just ain't into baking. Looks easy enough though.

yeah, imma have to try something else. shit didnt taste guud tonight. same flavor, but that moist crust just bothered me n it got to me taste buds. i even put it through a cheesecloth and the stove twice. it was less moist than yesterday fer sure, but it was still like eating wet bread. it filled me up though.. i couldn't finish dinner.

i havent really been as hungry the last couple of days as opposed to last week. my last training shift pushed me fast to 28 hrs a couple of days back and i wasnt even hungry when i got home. i could have easily gone the day without eating. i think 48 hrs will be easy to hit, me mind and body is trained enough and use to dat 24+ hrs like its nothing. so i think imma try a 48 hour next week... well not this coming week, which be tomar here..... but the onez afta..

there are only a few processed carbs i would crave before da omad... pizza, pastas.. not really a big bread guy but i ate it since i ate alot of sammiches with shitty potato chips.. had to be me murican self.. that aint a thing in aus....... oats/rice was the only other big carb items id eat aside from junk.. so if i looked for anything else it would be to come up with some sort of pasta that aint zucchini noodles. cause i did eat a lot of pasta..

i think im in this for the long term... i like the convenience the most.. idk how me weight is going this week so far, but i notice body recomp happening.. seems me fat is coming off different this time.. normal its gut heavy first, with a slower progression of the rest..... this time its face, chest and gut probably coming in third in terms of whats melft off the most..

i guess next is just building a big menu of different thangs to hit the things im trying to hit.. it may be reusing a lot of what im eating but variety will help...me greens n seed salad is always a must though..... but chicken legs done 1000 ways....making sweet potato chips and turning those into nachos bel grande.. etc etc... me menu is set fer the next week or two then i think some sort of indian chicken will be the nexx add.... maybe have a bone veggie soup/ chicken salad week at some point.. idk..

next time i get around to making pizza.. ill try that vid you posted.. itll will probably be a few weeks or more.. ive had me pizza fix fer sure..

You can add some easy calories in with a fat smoothie. Add an avocado into your favorite smoothie and will still basically taste the same. The avocado, alone, will add a bit over 250 calories.
Counting calories?

Layman terms. With keto, calories alone don't matter. Macros only matter. It's just a way of tracking those macros cause you want the majority of what you eat to come from healthy fats. So you need measure out what percentage is fats, protein and carbs.

I tried to tell my Aussie buddy about the health benefits before. I know he does have a case of Fibromyalgia and some other issues he's mentioned in the past.

When I started IF and Ketosis before the summer it was more to help me with some issues. I only wanted to lose about 20 pounds, which I often do before summer. I had stomach issues which had gotten much worse as of late and other aches and pains that came from time to time to different body parts. Was getting intense stomach cramps way more often. Couldn't even eat red meat cause it would have an almost instantaneous very negative effect on my stomach. Both ketosis and IF are said to have an anti-inflammatory response on the body as well as being good for the digestive system. Also read taking a couple of tbsp of coconut oil each day helps those with Crohn's so I did that too. This, more than weight loss, is why I combined the 2. After about a month of doing it, lost more weight than expected and the stomach issues completely subsided even as I went back to eating red meat. It was like killing 2 birds with one stone real quick like.
You gain 20 lbs of blubber every winter? Not very healthy. Very gross.

Do you have winter pants and summer pants or just wear sweatpants and utilize the drawstring in the warmer months?
I have lots of pants. 20 lbs isn't as much as you make it seem. You kinda stupid, fake guy.
