all me shit is pure fakts... spartan thinks he discovered sumin new.. IF aint new.. ppl have gained weight on IF and after stopping IF pretty quick..

exercise is your friend spartan.. stop starving yourself... ive been there.. look at me gut now.. it was from starving and not eating all day.. not eating breakfast.. then eating really bad at night wiff zero nutritional shat and dranking a lot etc..

so your excuse to starve and not work out is sugar?

i is a 5'10 RB...... 5'10 a muscled up 215 is me optimal second string rb build... on a side note, i was a 4.45 guy..

currently i is a 5'10 semi jiggly 260 pound cooking troll with a severely obese bmi rating... bordering very severely obese

when i went into the military i was considered moderately obese at around 210-215 sumin....... until they measured me fat n left me alone.. but iirc i dropped to around 200 not lifting and just doing cardio/calisthenics during me time

how tall is you n how much you weigh.. i be very curious.. i need to make another point..

You need to understand that most Americans are lazy slobs that either never leave their house or never leave their cars. And there is absolutely no real exercise being done. So everything they eat will pretty much end up being stored as fat, because they are not burning any calories. So in all honesty, fasting is probably the only diet that will work for these people. So while an active human being can easily burn 5-6 small meals, we Americans are not active in general.

I am at zero on the emo index. There's that fragile state of mind of yours again. Let me teach ya something. If you allow for something, you aren't failing when you take what you allow. Sounds basic I know, but it's obvious ya need more help with the simple things too.

men would go days without food. I recall something more recently. If I feel like finding the link later, I'll post it but this is about the great depression when many went without food for long periods of time. It was thought, at the time, that would lead to a lower life expectancy but, in fact, turned out these peeps lived longer healthier lives.

Can you stop comparing yourself to the like of Maurice Jones Drew, The Rock and Terry Crews? They have lots of muscle while you just like to pretend you have muscle under 100 pounds of excess fat.

MY daddy Spartan who was a King once told me, "Son, don't be eating little meals like a little *****, it makes you weak in mind and body. Eat a big healthy meal and let your mighty body do its job while you fight, hunt and kick ass." He was a very wise man.

you jealous of the fat muscles i still gots after a near decade lay off.. technically i got a bigger chest than crews n da rock.. cause i is much wider.. if is trying to compare but i aint.. i just be like jones drew in the fact.. was in shape n let it all go.... dont be mad cause u is 350+ n cant put the fork down..or be 135 pounds n cant bench 225 1 time......... day at a time mang.. modify something n go from there. you dont have to be perfect.

i allowed myself to get fat.. and im allowing myself rest n calm before the storm... mang i though you was mo better at duh debates.. lay off da weed or put duh drank down..

but you dont allow yoself to get fat every winter.. you just fail every year. cause if ya had a brain like you be said and wanted to use smarts, you wouldnt have to modify anything and have to repeat the same thang over and over and over andsz over.. its wasted energy and aint smarts.. cause thats what yo program be about right... smarts

correction.. just looked up the rocks chest and its listed as 50 in compared to me 49 1/2..

mang id get jacked on a cycles fer a year.. so tempting to gear up

For one thing, you're average over 40 human can not easily burn 5-6 meals and anyone with an ounce of sense will tell you how much and what you actually eat while attempting to lose weight means a ton more than the exercise you do and also realize most do not do the kind of very intense exercise that is going to bring any real benefits. Your jumping jacks, push ups and walks or slow jogs around the lake are not gonna do much for ya when it comes to losing weight.

For another, don't get the impression that I'm that sedentary. Unlike the OP who has barely worked at all over the past couple decades, I've worked my whole life, never call out sick and, with 4 kids, am always on the go even on days off. I have done plenty of exercise on and off in the past and do get the fun type exercise with my children, even much more so during the summer, which is when I take most my vacation time to spend more time with them. We swim a lot, play basketball a lot and, with the boys, we play football a lot. It's not a lazy type play either. Playing hard at basketball especially for hours at a time. Occasionally, I'll let them win but I can beat all of them 9 out of 10 times including my daughter who recently got a basketball scholarship to a D1 college and is an absolute animal when it comes to working out. I'm still plenty nimble and flexible enough, in fact far more flexible than most my age. I do a lot of stretching to keep away the common aches and pains that come after 40. Had some back issues which caused some sciatica down my right leg. Found I could keep that at bay with some stretching so kept stretching and stretching til it wouldn't come back at all and actually ended at the point where I can do a full front split now. Also feel I've always been stronger than average, for my size, whether exercising at the time or not.

No anger here. Kinda feel bad that I turned ya so ugly though. Well, I said those things 1,000 times thinking you might start to comprehend a bit by repeating it over and over and over again. Guess your brain wasn't up to the task. If I was 100 pounds overweight, I would drop it in 4 months at the longest. You're too soft...in more ways than one.

And no hard feelings on this end, brother. Just know I'm still on your side and here to motivate ya. A decade spent sitting around doing nothing but accumulating fat and you still don't have the energy to get up and and get rid of that poundage even going into it with a built in excuse to make the target one that would still leave you 40-50 pounds overweight. C'mon, Aussie, you can do it.

Coconut oil has a lot of positives apparently. Very good for you. I keep forgetting to eat it. It tastes terrible but if you cook it in stuff you dont even notice it.

Let’s say you don’t cook it what you do a tea soon a day?

I used to take organic apple vinegar every day but I could only do it for a week every time I tried and I would get sick every time so I stopped. I’m probably allergic or since it’s organic maybe high amounts of bacteria in it?

What do you mean when you say the ACV makes you sick? How so? It's actually a bacteria fighter. Want to make sure you get not only organic but Raw unfiltered with "The Mother". The Mother is a colony of good bacteria that helps create vinegar through a secondary fermentation process. It's used for many things, both externally and internally. Internally it's used to aid weight loss and keep sugar levels down when taken with carbs you're eating.

It's far more likely you're taking too much of it rather than be allergic to it. Don't want to take more than a tablespoon or 2 at a time. Taking more than that internally can cause nausea. Taking too much can also cause low potassium levels.

I think it was 1 tbsp a day for me. Tastes terrible if you just eat it raw.

I used to take one spoon three times a day but would get sick after a few days every time I did. Name brand I got is braggs. I think I was just allergic to it.
