all me shit is pure fakts... spartan thinks he discovered sumin new.. IF aint new.. ppl have gained weight on IF and after stopping IF pretty quick..
exercise is your friend spartan.. stop starving yourself... ive been there.. look at me gut now.. it was from starving and not eating all day.. not eating breakfast.. then eating really bad at night wiff zero nutritional shat and dranking a lot etc..

i is a 5'10 RB...... 5'10 a muscled up 215 is me optimal second string rb build... on a side note, i was a 4.45 guy..
currently i is a 5'10 semi jiggly 260 pound cooking troll with a severely obese bmi rating... bordering very severely obese
when i went into the military i was considered moderately obese at around 210-215 sumin....... until they measured me fat n left me alone.. but iirc i dropped to around 200 not lifting and just doing cardio/calisthenics during me time
how tall is you n how much you weigh.. i be very curious.. i need to make another point..
You need to understand that most Americans are lazy slobs that either never leave their house or never leave their cars. And there is absolutely no real exercise being done. So everything they eat will pretty much end up being stored as fat, because they are not burning any calories. So in all honesty, fasting is probably the only diet that will work for these people. So while an active human being can easily burn 5-6 small meals, we Americans are not active in general.
