He wants to win, it needed to be done, I am sure the players respected what he did, he will not do that to someone like Thomas Brown or Vrabel. I don’t think he is going anywhere

The fact that it took this long is a statement to how good the locker room was.
I'm sorry but jaylon has seen nearly 3 years of this clown. If a player kept making mistakes and didnt take accountability like flus did you best believe his teammates would also let him hear it.

That would not be a good look when the GM was very vocal in his defense of Flus to then get rid of the player(s) who said the emperor has no clothes.

Flus sucks as a HC but like…what was he supposed to do? He knew it was over….you can only tell guys to stick together and keep fighting after botching so many games due to dumb decisions/non decisions. What could he have possibly said at that point? Once you lose the locker room, you can never get it back.

Call a TO and adjust the defense for the Hail Mary. Calm Stevenson down. You can see Stevenson lost some confidence in his play. Johnson has been playing not great.

I didn't see people saying to trade DJ. (Those kind are likely ignored.)
But you can trade players without taking a hit. You don't have to give away picks to get someone to take Marshall off your hands or take a giant hit getting rid of Mack. That's what you do because you're desperate to get out from under the contract.
Of course if people were saying that about DJ it was in anger and they were desperate.
