I'm the one that made that argument, that age isn't an issue, it's the lack of true superstars on the team.
Alright so here’s what I am saying: this team isn’t close. They are in the basement deeply and nobody in their division is a ****-up franchise. So by the time you get them close guys like Moore, Sweat, Byard, Allen, TJ Edwards, Andrew Billings (like it or not, this team relies on those last two big time) will be aging out.

This is what happens when you don’t swing for it in the draft and instead draft safe picks to keep your job. Yeah great Rome Odunze and Darnell Wright aren’t busts, they are also as pedestrian talents as you can possibly find in the top ten of the draft.

They are close and you're a fucking moron. Sign/Draft a few OL and DL and you're a playoff team

For some reason your stupid dumb brane thinks a player is bad once they hit 30

Yeah just find a few good players at the same positions literally every single team in the NFL is looking for. The time to plant those trees was years ago, when you dealt away Christian Darrisaw for Justin Fields.

There’s no catching Minnesota, Green Bay and Detroit. They are light years ahead.

You mean the teams the bears outplayed and should have beat if not for a moron for a HC? Those teams are light years ahead?

The rest of the nfl must be rebuilding in a year too, god forbid those 28 year old players turn 30. Gotta be replaced

Outplayed? They went 0-3. wtf are you guys on.

Outplayed = Beat, makes sense.

Maybe you should check the definition of it, they shit on the packers and played much better than the lions in the 2nd half.

You are really making zero sense. There are plenty of bad teams who fixed their OL or DL issues in one off season, but the bears cant because DJ moore is 28. Makes sense

Lost to 4 of the 6 best teams in point differential, by an average of 2.5ppg. Only team with a positive point differential and a losing record. Try again alt troll.

Literally having a coach like harbaugh has this team in the playoff hunt right now. No clue what the **** this guy is seeing to think this is actually a 4-13 roster on paper.

If he thinks players suck after they hit 30 wait till he finds out how the lions will have to rebuild their OL and DL in the next couple years.

Somehow Zeitler is having this best year of his career at 34, I heard that was impossible, NFL players die when they turn 30.

Also, The bears have caleb williams who is looking to be elite

The rest of the NFC North has Sam Darnold, Jared Goff and a turnover machine in Jordan Love.

Caleb Williams is the reason this team will be very good for the next 10-15 years.

This is probably Minnesota's last year for competing, they only have a few draft picks next year. And the GM has built the team solely on free agents

If your idea is to go into the fourth quarter of every game down two or more scores and that will somehow lead to wins…I dunno what to say. The Bears have ridden outrageous luck.

People have been saying that for years. They reload and stay competitive. Justin Jefferson, Christian Darrisaw and Jordan Addison they simply get value out of their picks with good high-impact players.

The Bears don’t have that track record, every year the Bears fall further behind the overall talent of their division rivals.

Their GM didn't draft 2 of those players listed

So they are lucky at 0-3?

We can hope so, but everyone thought that they'd be trash this year.

The fact is that they have great coaches there, particularly KOC. They should be ok

Doesn’t matter. The Bears have been shit at drafting through how many GM’s now? The Vikings have been good at drafting for how many years now? It’s institutional, that’s what you Special person Bears fans don’t get.
