So, if the Lions lose Agnew and Glenn, we get 4 3rd round picks?

No if they leave the same year it is a 3rd round pick the next 3 drafts.

Bears fans - We would have 8-10 wins if not for Flus blowing all those games.

Bears fans - We would be in the playoffs with this roster if we hired Harbaugh.

Bears fans - This roster sucks and the team is really bad.

Never change CCS!

Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out Cunningham.

No one is innocent in creating this biblical disaster, no one

2 drafts if one person leaves but if 2 people leave same year it is 3. @nc0gnet0 was asking about Glenn and Agnew leaving this offseason.

The employer-club of a minority employee who has been hired by another club as its Head Coach or Primary Football Executive (General Manager) shall receive Draft choice compensation in the form of a compensatory Draft pick in the third round in each of the next two Drafts for an employee hired as either a Head Coach or Primary Football Executive, or for the next three Drafts if it has two employees hired for both positions.

Hard to imagine selling a guy you got from the Chicago Bears to your fans as the man to lead them to greatness.

Dont think the national narrative on poles is as bad as in chicago.

Bears fans are just brain dead and think poles is the only GM making mistakes in the NFL.

With Johnson becoming a strong influence/final say on player acquisition and Warren actually having some football acumen, Cunningham may represent too many cooks in the current structure. I like the guy but hope he gets this gig for both his sake and the picks.

I don't get why they wouldn't just hire a minority OC. It's obviously Ben's O so the OC won't affect it much. Just hire the best minority OC you can find and get the comp picks when he is hired somewhere else. Replace with another minority. Is the white guy really gonna be that much better? Just take the picks.

I thought the same, but then realized there aren't many in prominent roles... Thomas Brown is the only guy even close it seems.

That said, we did get Randle El, who may be able to work his way up one day. He was given the AHC role... who knows. Defensively, Al Harris might be that kind of guy (he was AHC in Dallas).

Also, I googled black coaches... looks like the Bears let go of two of the top names in the game!

Wtf lol. Let's not hire the best person for the job and the person BJ wants? This is why DEI is being abolished.

If you're not looking to get the best person for the job, then what are you doing? That's terrible organizational advice. A complete loser mentality. There's no guarantee the OC will eventually become a HC.

Maybe your post was a joke? Idk 🤷‍♂️

I am really surprised Leftwich isn’t back in the league.

So... You don't think a minority could do as good of a job as a white guy. Cool.
