You're down 9 points at home with a few minutes left against an inferior team. Thibs rested this 3 best players the 4th game of the season. Say what you want about Vinny, this is the biggest boneheaded move I've ever seen. If you looked at the players on the court you would have thought we were blowing them out.

You must win at home, especially against teams like the Knicks. A few extra minutes rest doesn't help you beat Boston tomorrow. I believe in rewarding your bench but you play your best players when the game is on the line, period. CJ Watson shouldn't have seen the court that late, neither should Asik. I can't wait to gett boozer and brewer healthy to make up for this horrid coaching.

ditto

I don't want to get overly upset about the strategy for playing time until I see what we do tomorrow.

If Thibs put his effort into beating Boston, and we do... That is a win that I would much rather have. At this point of the season, where Brewer is limited, and Booz is out, I can't blame the use of this strategy. Who would have predicted that a cold as ice Gallinari would catch fire.

Why not get upset now when we were probably going to lose the BOS game anyway? How does it make sense to save your guys in the 4th game of the season? Against a bad team in a winnable game at home?

It doesn't...

Well, that's a bit of my point. Something is fishy here and we aren't getting the whole story. Win or lose tomorrow, we'll at least come to a better conclusion.

I'm not in Thibs shoes, and I don't know what is going on in that locker room. For all we know, Thibs was making a statement, that if a player breaks some kind of rule written or spoken but unwritten, you wont get the playing time.

Like I said in the other thread "Look at it like this.....who was getting burned by those threes in the game...our starters. By that time it looked like we wouldnt have a chance to come back because during the times we did the knicks would fire back and make another shot or worse another three. Who was coming back at the end of the game we thought we couldnt win....our BENCH. I can understand wanting to put our starters in and I have noticed at times Thibs takes awhile to put Rose in which annoys me but this game but it didnt bother me so much because it was a loss because we kept on letting them make threes. For all we know maybe Thibs was like if you guys areant going to defend then you're sitting the rest of the game. "

Blaming the officiating... right...

neither of these last two games lost by the Bulls were the officials' faults.
