I feel bad for the Bills and their fans today. They’ve had so many excruciating losses to the Chiefs and just can’t get over the hump no matter what.

The fan base is crazy but classy. Did you see all the money they raised for Mark Andrews’ charity after he had that horrible drop? The gesture wasn’t spiteful either.

Add in 4 Super Bowl losses and damn that sucks.

Yes, I know we’ve had a hard ride too.
Maybe they’ll now do the same for their own TE.

Only one of those matters on this message board.
If he can make KC place a double team on him on most plays by occupying Smith & Humphrey, it will decide the game for the most part. Good thing he usually had his way with Smith a few times in college. On another note, Nolan Smith(@bearsfan1977 )has been playing out of his mind as well for Philly, if he gets those single matchups on the edge, it will keep their backs in to block. Problem is the refs will not be calling holds on KC so he’ll have to get home. Just a couple of months ago Smith looked like a bust but the light has come on.

We haven't elevated to just have it ripped away nearly as much.

But can he pass a WR conditioning test?

Considering he was likely passed over in the draft by multiple teams because of his Fast & Furious fantasies, I think both matter.
This message board, meaning not actual nfl teams.

Well my post was in reference to an actual case, and there was a Georgia lawyer here who clearly stated why vehicular homicide wasn't charged. In general I like for people to have more evidence if they want to claim someone is culpable for other peoples' deaths.

But I appreciate the lecture and the politics in the football forum.
I've worked on 100s of actual cases. I don't care what that lawyer said because he too had an agenda on why he said what he said. I would have like to have heard him and his reasons. Listen the politics were already brought up. Again, one can have all the evidence in the world but if the State doesn't want to bring up charges against someone, for whatever 'reason', that's their decision. I appreciate that you appreciate.

Yes and your agenda is clearly that you don't like Jalen Carter.

To the point, though, you should read his explanation and read the GA law if you want. I understand your point in principle, but I don't think it makes sense in this specific instance, and if you want to show how it does, feel free.

Politics weren't already brought up either. That was 100% you.

Are you really Montucky? I thought I got rid of you......lol..... I don't have an agenda because I'm not trying to gain any advantage in this. You are right about one thing; I don't like Jalen Carter. Some like him, others love him and some don't like him. Kind of like with all people. His actions were criminal no matter what that good ole southern boy said.

wut

Obviously bias, as I said. He hurts your ass. Not difficult to tell. No one is trying to gain an advantage, whatever that means.

I’m not going to repeat the whole conversation on why Carter wasn’t criminally charged with VH. I’ve worked hundreds of cases also, probably thousands. And I will bet that you have worked a grand total of zero criminal cases in the state of GA.

I’ve never met Carter, and frankly, I understand why the Bears passed on him and was and am happy with the Wright pick.

My only agenda is analyzing this case and evaluating how it comports with GA law re: the VH statute. As I’ve done with other cases charged with that same statute.

It doesn’t sound like you’ve gone through that analysis here. I hope for your clients’ sakes you did for all of the hundreds of other cases you’ve worked.

Good ole southern boy? lol. I was born in Chicago and still spilt time between here and there. Clearly no agenda on your part. And yes, his actions were criminal. He was charged and plead nolo to criminal charges. It is crystal clear you don’t know the first thing about this particular case.

Buffalo didn't play their best....I think the two replays which were IMO egregious were tipping points. Simultaneous catch gave KC a 1st and goal....Allen not being given a 1st down stopped a Buffalo drive in KC territory
Let's be honest, Buffalo shouldn't have even been there. They got vastly outplayed by Baltimore, and KC did pretty much whatever they wanted.

He didn’t get charged because it was a flimsy case at best with just circumstantial evidence. They would have never been able to prove it was an actual “race.” If I did it? Yeah I’m probably getting charged. But Carter would have had the best legal representation that would have tore it to shreds.
