Need to tap a keg. Like the Red Sox.
That's an embarrassingly terrible argument.
3rd best run production in baseball regular season. Looks like 2 straight shutouts. They're doing so well, Maddon is finally subbing out the starting SS. It's obviously too late in the game for him to understand his "limiting runs" approach didn't work. You can bet there will be more drastic changes in Game 4."I reject reality and substitute it with a context-less narrative that makes me feel validated!"
if you want to apply that statement to your argument, then yes it is
I keep expecting them to break out, and in a big way. But not tonight.

I really thought they would hit Hill. He is not that good a pitcher and it is hard to get shut out twice. The Cubs are missing some very hitable pitches. It is not like Hill was great. He hung some balls right in the middle and missed his spots a lot. The Cubs can't hit right now. Not sure what a manager or GM can do. This is very similar to what we saw last year.
I felt coming into this year they would need one more year of incubation. They just seem to immature at the plate.
Damn ..
Even the Hawks suck
Blow a 4 zip lead
Tied in 3rd
Crawford suks ass so far this year
Time for bed I guess...

Maybe I'm mistaken....but don't the Dodgers have to win two more games after this one? If someone just walked into this forum, they'd think this was game 7.
I don't know what you do when your bats are mired in a slump like this. You're only hope is pitching and defense and timely rallies. That hasn't happened but I'm not sure there are any lineup shifts that will make it better. They'll hit, or they won't.
