fowler will follow up his base running blunder earlier by running to third when he puts the ball in play

Down 3, Joe sends his HR threat to the plate with bases empty, instead of a contact hitter.

This ump hasn't been very consistent.

Sure he has....just every other home plate umpire all year long. Consistently bad.

They all are terrible....if we were this inept at our jobs, we'd all be fired.

The Cubs are gonna have to figure out how to hit Cueto or they are gonna have one of the biggest clasps ever.

Bigger issue is the lineup Maddon puts out there but who actually has faith he'll figure it out after the last couple of nights?

And it wouldnt be the biggest collapse ever.

I think the Yankees own that. If the Giants win, it wouldn't be the first time a team down 0-2 came back to win a 5 game series.

Who is hitting that he has on the bench? This isn't a management issue, this is a player issue.

Takes me back to prior and wood not losing back to back games all year in 2003

Just an unreal organization.

This is literally watching the 90's Braves all over again. You could second guess just about every decision Bobby Cox made in the postseason. Whether or not they (Soler, Contreras, etc.) are hitting, would you really trot out Heyward again? Or at least give Rizzo a swift kick in the ass and move him down a peg or 2 in the batting order?
