I think the better question would be, how many coaches wouldn't have got this team to the NLDS?

This is literally watching the 90's Braves all over again. You could second guess just about every decision Bobby Cox made in the postseason. Whether or not they (Soler, Contreras, etc.) are hitting, would you really trot out Heyward again? Or at least give Rizzo a swift kick in the ass and move him down a peg or 2 in the batting order?

Derek Lee was moved down from the 3 hole to the 6 or 7 hole....and the 2003 marlins won 7 of 9 after that move and won it all!

The problem is who do you move up to move someone down.....none of em can hit

Again, who are you moving up? Zobrist? Russell? You taking Heyward out and batting Soler 3rd? Baez and Bryant are the only guys hitting in this lineup, so even if you put Baez 3rd, you've got players behind him doing jack shit. Then, how far are you dropping Rizzo? 4th? You want him as the cleanup right now? 5th, 6th, 7th? Who is batting in front of him that's lighting it up right now?

Also, I am the biggest meatball when its comes to the Cubs. My grandfather lived from 1910 to 2001 and never saw one WS win and he also worked at Wrigley back when the concessions people were on their own. So I tend to get over-dramatic when every 5/6 years when they make it to the playoffs

This isn't your grandfathers or fathers Cubs. Even if they lose, they will be back in the playoffs again soon.

Good god these guys are morons. 3 run comeback is the largest in postseason history, not Cubs postseason history.

Not sure I like taking out Russell in this spot. Even if it is for Contreras and a Righty/Lefty matchup.
