Bigfoot says Hawks win, and do not worry Hawks fans he is finding his balls out in the woods. Plans on being a force when he finds his way out of the woods.

Hawks win again. Dare I say rundblad gets a goal, who am I fooling. Capt gets one to piss Grim off and make tribar happy. Hob goblin gets one as well, and Rask breaks the internet in a way only Rask can. Teuvo pots one , and the board collectively all put Teuvo Time. Hawks win 3-1

#calledit at least 1/3

Someone's going to get called up, I imagine. I believe Vinnie getting sent down means they only have 18 skaters.

Maybe it's Tanner Kero? He's been lighting up the AHL.

Typically teams like to keep people tearing up lesser leagues down in that league to continue to develope unless it's absolutely necessary for them to get called up.

Like someone just asked recently, when is Cumiskey healthy? Idk if that could be the situation. They may be calling up D as much as the possibility of another forward, it's not as if there is a hole for the lineup currently that would get put in.

In the past games Hino was at least not looking bad, and looking to be able to hold up in the NHL but he got outsized big time against Anaheim boys.

Well Kero was tearing up the A as soon as he got there last year, did well in doing so in the playoffs and continued so now. Though you call him up you mix up the chemistry of Dano (Morin too but who cares) as he is trying to adjust to the LW & Hawks oriented focused system, aka not aggressive offense gets you nowhere Columbus style

I mean, I get it. He toes the line at times. That's the game he plays. At the same time, Keith has been ruled to go completely over that line twice and people here certainly aren't calling him a ******, cheap player, or are happy when he takes a puck to the face. It is because one guy is on the team and one isn't.

Awesome game. You would laugh if you saw the Ducks announcers after the game in absolute mourning. Thought they were going to cry after all of the pissing and moaning about how they just can't get a break. Crawford had a great game and Toews goal was great also.

I failed to mention my favorite part of the game (other than Toews OTGWG), it was Bieksa having to leave the game all bloody after getting a puck in the mush.

Oh how I loffed! :lmao:

I posted this without reading the previous page. I really and truly laughed when he got a face full of rubber. I would never call him a coward, but I DO call him a pussy (not to mention, a gargoyle). In my mind, they are two completely different animals. I have/had Steve Ott and Barrett Jackman in the same category. Take liberties then skate away when payback is imminent. It's a generalization, but I'm willing to back it up. And yes, I have caught a puck in the yap, and still have a scar on my chin from a stick incident. :yep:

You obviously don't get it with Bieksa. Calling him a pussy had nothing to do with him getting hit in the face....he's called a pussy because that's what he is. His whole career has been known to start shit with other players and when challenged back off and let's others pay the price for it. I mean it's not just Chicago fans doing it either. When a national broadcaster who is a former player and supposed to be unbiased comes on between periods and calls him the biggest coward in the league....to me, that speaks volumes.

That's fine if you feel that way...but calling a guy a pussy after he takes a puck directly to the face...not cool in any way in my book. Flat out stupid when the guy is on the ice bleeding. I'm aware that Bieksa picks out his opponents at times but if you look at his fight card, you will see plenty of guys in his class or even above at times.

Edit: Never thought I would have to tell people it was wrong to cheer, be happy, etc when a player is injured on the ice. Apparently others feel that it is fine to do so, but I'll just have to disagree. Its fucked up in pretty much every situation. I've spent enough time on this subject, so that'll be all from me. On to the next one.

Tanner Kero has gotten the call up, I guess that he'll just fill right in on that 3rd line, most likely. Trying to add some offensive force

Wouldn't be surprised to see him get a shot at the first line (even though he has been playing C in the AHL)...really wouldn't be surprised to see anyone given a shot at the first line the way things are going up there. Feel like Tikhonov has a good game for the third line and isn't a long term (long term being for this season) solution on the first line.

YOU are missing the point, Bieksa is regarded as a pussy regardless of whether or not he goes down when hit in the face with a
puck.

The fact that Bieska rolled around for 30 seconds in agony over a little cut tells you he is a big fucking pussy. I understand its a hard puck with edges, but Hammer or Keith can take that shit straight to the face at 120 mph and stay in the play. (only half kidding)

In the replay you could see he didn't take the shot, but the puck flipped upward on the deflection and 90+% of the momentum was taken out of it. It just happened to hit the sensitive eyebrow area that bleeds a lot, not really something to bury your face in the sand about. (at first I was like goddamn, that looks bad)

Pussy.

Why call Kero up instead of Dano?

Personally I think the "lottery line" is all set for second half of season. Dano-Toews-Hossa. I'm speculating that they loved it in camp because they raved about it. Dano is in rockford because they have him working on something to do with the blackhawks system, are preserving his punishment, holding back their secret weapon line, or something to do with salary cap until Bickell situation figured out.

I believe they want to know what else they have before they go with what they know they have. Just my opinion thats its a matter of time and they are looking at all their pieces first.

Thanks for the article. We'll see what Kero is soon enough, and whether he is reaping benefits from NHL talent on his wings (Dano, Morin) who undoubtedly draw some focus, or if the real deal.

I like that he has college experience and age, since I hand't heard of him I was afraid he was real young.
