I think Gibbs was an OK pick. They really bad pick was Jack Campbell lol

Its still a bad pick. He has a top 10 guaranteed cash amount. The entire point of drafting a player in the first round is to have 5 years of cheap control.

Taking a rb in the top 15 is dumb, it doesnt matter how good he is. You take a WR,LT,DT,QB,DE,etc there because they make 25m+ a year if they are great, great RB's make 12 and you can find good ones in FA all the time.

Oh please, the QB is tied to the team, I mean how on earth would we face Daniels without facing Washington you dolt. Lions are 8 1/2 point favorites against Washington, now tell me, Remydumbass, who could they have faced that they would have been favored even more.

So you stupidly decided to respond to my post about QBs by crying about everything other than the QB? Please find someone that wants to discuss your stupid points with you. I spoke about QBs. If you arent prepared to dicuss QBs then I guess we are done here.

PFF even has him with a lower passer rating against than jack campbell.

He's awful against the pass, I could care less about their grades, its subjective garbage. We are talking off actual passer rating based on yardage, catches, td's/int's given up.

PFF also thinks the bears center is good, which he clearly isnt.

They also think braxton jones is a better left tackle than taylor decker.

All true but if it's a significant part of winning a championship, it's worth the vig. We may have Barkley vs Gibbs in the champ game with one of them vs Henry in the SB. Team game and no one is on an island but these guys were very significant to the outcome of their seasons with both their production and slowing a rush.

That said, I wouldn't have taken Gibbs that early either but did want Achane in 3. Still a difficult argue if he turns out to be the missing piece to their championship.

LMFAO.

Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

Campbell leads Edmunds in

1) Solo tackles
2) Forced fumbles
3) total pressures
4) Sacks
5) Assists

yet you want to cherry pick the one stat that edmunds has a tiny advantage in. Give it a rest. Campbell still has a better coverage grade. Ryan Poles - Super genius!!

Still stand by gibbs being a shit pick. You dont take an RB in the top 15.
I’m not arguing that, if they win it then it really doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t draft a RB that high either.

Ha! With the 6th pick in the 2023 NFL draft, the Lions walked away with Gibbs and LaPorta. Anyone claiming that wasn't a home run is ignorant. Collectively they had 2,750 total yards of offense this year. now remind me, how many yards did Odunze have?

Detroit may be in trouble.

They have problems with quarterbacks that possess the skill set of Lamar Jackson, Justin Fields, and Jayden Daniels.

And what does that have to do with my post?

Pretty sure teams pass the ball more than run it these days, and he's terrible in pass coverage. PFF grades are trash and subjective, just as i mentioned. Do you think braxton jone is better than taylor decker? Cause PFF does!

Coulda had carter and JSN, then kept swift and picked up saquan/jacobs/henry this year without spending a draft pick.

But keep defending taking a rb in the top 15. Its a dumb thing to do in todays nfl.

that defense will get torched by Daniels.

One good showing against sam darnold missing wide open guys does not make me confident they can stop that wash offense

Good thing for detroit that wash defense is terrible too.

LMAO, that's like saying you could have had Mahomes. And no, they could not have had any of those in 2023 you dumbass.

The topic is QB matchups. When you explain in detail which QB is a worse matchup then we can discuss.

LMAO, I will take playing Daniels behind the Bears O-line then. This isn't flag football, but keep trying.

Translation - You dont have a coherent argument.

Hypocrisy alert. It doesnt matter who has the better WR core because it is about the team not just the WRs per your logic.

Your stupidity knows no limits. Last I checked, Wr's are part of the team, well, unless they are the Bears.

But I digress, let us dissect another Remy vortex

I could see Daniels causing all kinds of problems for Detroit. That game won’t be a cakewalk, really wouldn’t be surprised to see Washington win

Worst possible matchup for that Detroit D IMO as Fields used to give them trouble and Daniels runs like Fields bur much better passer.

Clearly this was about Washington with Daniels.

But then when I respond about how Washington is a 8+ point dog, Remy decides to try and move the goalposts.

(derp) I said Daniels is the worst possible matchup for Detroit's D. Can you link to where Vegas indicated best and worst QBs for Detroit to face? If not quit being stupid and respond logically to what I said dumbass. (derp)

Now, in some alternate universe, Remy wants to use Daniels, and only Daniels while not taking into account the team he is playing on. Can you explain to me how they might face Daniels but not be facing Washington?
