If you need the definition of "turmoil and stress" clarified at the end of a 5-12 season that saw 3 OCs and 2 HCs, then you probably either 1) are a GM who didn't watch any of his team's games, or 2) proactively trying to play dumb. IMHO Poles is the Matt Nagy's doppelgänger. As Dan Hampton said of Nagy "he studies everything but learns nothing". A former offensive lineman that assembles a shit OL for the #1 overall "franchise" QB, speaks to the importance of "culture" and allows SHITS to be prioritized over discipline and performance, I frankly have zero confidence that Poles will be able to identify and hire a competent HC. Would be par for the course for Poles.

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play? All assets need to fix that OL incl FA actual GOOD Center for the first time EVER, maybe draft an edge, but there's months on those topics.

Nice post OP. Like or hate on Pace, he's nervous AF behind a mic. And should be after this season. The build is close to done, but dammit if they can't ever even luck-box into a good coaching staff. Even "average" competence would be a 180 improvement.
