Anyway, Ole did shit on Tice from day 1. I can vouch.

Personally, I still have hope. I think Tice can continue to improve and be good enough. Maybe. On the positive side, shit, maybe Webb, Edwin, and Louis are gonna pan out... thats something...

Yeah Tice can probably eventually be "Good enough" but as a Bears fan all my life I am honestly tired of "good enough" I want "Exceptional" and that is why I say sign Norv Turner right now!

Don't take this as me not wanting Tice to help us make it to and win the big game but either way my viewpoint still stands Norv is a proven OC and that is why I want him. I just hope he remembers how to do it!
