I'm not sure if this is a serious question or not, but Tesco is a huge UK based grocery store / general merchandise chain. Basically like Wal Mart.

You can lacto ferment any veg really. Pickles work, but wouldnt be as healthy as say, chili peppers. I did some radishes that was pretty tasty. Got sum kimchi going right now. I ate Kimchi often in Korea. Needless to say Korean food is one of my all time favs. Simple, fresh, clean and spicy but not over baring. Stone hot pots filled with delicious.

Korean food is great. We had a kick ass place right outside the gates of the base I was stationed at. Used to eat there all the time.

Ha! Same when I got back state side. What's funny is I started dating this fire cracker of a Korean American girl when I got back and her mom loved to feed me. She would drive from Columbus GA to ATL China town twice a week to get fresh yum yums from the market. So in a way its like I never left the country. Sigh..miss those times.
