This never happened, man. Don't became a slave to emotion.
It did happen, there was a video, now it can't be found. You choose not to believe. I seen it with my own eyes and I know the truth will eventually be known. I was not the only one to see it.

Refs have called back 69 ints over cough cough penalty's. Joe Burrow is in second place at 4. Career wise.
Number seems way off but consider his awareness and escapability, how he may take that deep shot when he KNOWS a D jumped. Whatever the stat may actually be, it says nothing without context... just like almost INTs.

So after posting that, I looked it up and here's the actual #s with a more reasonable discussion.
Looks like it will be closer to 25 career INTs called back so far, with some well reasoned explanations.

You don't think period. We disagree on who is goat. grow up and move on.
You said Mahomes isn't top 10. That's dumb AF. Then went on some dumb rant about his overturned TOs when the number I found was nowhere close, and most of them are being overturned because of offsides or replay. Not as crazy as you try to make it sound

Exactly. Honestly man these people are out of their minds, to me it isn't even close to close rn.
It's way closer than you think. I'm not sure if it was this thread but someone was trying to act like that Tampa team wasn't loaded to give Brady more props in the debate. This isn't like Emmett vs Barry. The teams around them are obviously good

Wait, what!

Are there actually people who think Emmett was a better player?
He had a longer career and racked up more yards and touchdowns. Until Barry surpasses Emmett's yards & TDs, he's not better! Or something!

Oh yeah. Obviously not as talked about today as back in their playing days, but there's more than a few.

Mahomes is 29, 30 in mid September.

Brady had a 5000+ yard season after the age of 40.

Right now Mahomes isn't close to Brady and he probably isn't number 2 either.

I believe he will end up #2 and the gap between him and Brady will shrink, but by the end of his career, he'll still be #2. When Mahomes retires my bet is on Brady still having more SB wins, more SB appearances, more conference championships, more divisional titles, more passing yards, and more passing touchdowns. AND I don't believe that Mahomes' peak level of play to this point surpasses Brady's (or Rodgers' or Manning's or possibly Dan Marino's).
I believe you are wrong. I recently saw an article by Bill James a baseball statistician who was working with Pro Football Reference on just this question. He came up with Peak value and Career value. His bottom-line conclusion was..............
Career Value..........Brady is the GOAT.
Peak Value..........Through his first seven seasons, Mahomes is the best QB in pro football history.

Of course, Mahomes Career Peak Value, TBD.

You say you don't believe Mahomes peak level of play surpasses Brady, Rodgers or Manning, sorry but it does.
Quarterbacks through their first seven seasons since 1950 with at least 1,000 passing attempts. Mahomes in the regular season is...........
First in completions.
First in passing attempts.
Sixth in completion pct.
First in passing yds.
Second in passer rating.
First in Adjusted Net Yards.
First in Succes Rate.

His value in the playoffs is even better.

Andy Reid is a Hall of fame offensive coordinator and play caller who identified high potential for his system(strong arm, great feet) and groomed him until he became a situational expert.

Mahomes incredible competitive drive and freak durability were final touches on what is probably the hardest QB/Coordinator duo to get a stop on when it matters most.

That said I think the Eagles can and will win this one, mostly due to their ability to control the ball and rush a subpar offensive line.

I think Reid deserves an awful lot of credit for keeping the essential pieces like Hill/Worthy and hard running smart running backs around him.

The last two super bowls don't happen without Jones who leads them to stops when they need it.

If they three peat you have to look at the core of Mahomes/Reid/Kelce/Jones in singular status.

just because you saw a video declaring something to be so, doesnt make it true. you do realize that, right?

except its already been shown that prime Mahomes >>> prime Brady

No, it hasnt. Didnt brady go 2-0 versus mahomo in the playoffs?

Most of brady's play was when the NFL actually played defense. A prime brady would destroy in todays league.

Old ass brady is undefeated vs. prime mahomo in the playoffs. Imagine what a prime brady would do?

It convinced me so I believe. You don't have to. I'm not saying he sucks but I am saying the league promotes him. Take it how you want.

lol of course the league promotes him, just like they promoted brady for decades and others

that does not = what you are claiming, however

you are spouting an opinion, not a fact regarding the "numbers"
