Well, I still wouldn't really comment on the play unless I had seen it, but don't you think it's silly to single out one play as what he brings to the table?

Cubs are playing some crappy situational ball today? Maybe it's playing a day game after a night game. I know Maddon hates that part of the Cubs schedule. What ever happened to P's that can bunt? It's a lost art, imo.

Man, Russell really reminds me of Ozzie Smith in terms of making the hard play look routine. The kid can play some SS, period.

The Cubs are just playing like crap today. I'm calling it cuz of the 1st day game. They are just not sharp, in all phases of the game.

i would have pulled Hendricks in the bottom of the 5th in that bunt situation, the very next inning he gave up 3 hits, bottom of the 5th you pull your pitcher there specially if the pitcher name is not Arrieta
