No need to rush him back as long as their winning and maintaining their lead over the Nationals and giants. .
Best bet is to hold him out til he absolutely 100%

This ump calls everything not thrown by Haren a strike.
Haren threw two right over the plate to Garcia when he had two strikes on him, and both were balls.
Then Reynolds K's, and on cue, the Cards announcer whines about a ball below the belt being too high. Funny.
