They generally have control over which side of the field they hit it to, although there are at least some incredibly sharp individuals around here who would argue otherwise.Yeah, he should've directed down the left field line or better yet over the right field wall.:lol: Ok, there are some slap hitters that can direct the ball a bit but the big guys that take the huge rips have no idea where it's going.
With the defense he showed at 3B, I'll take that fr9m a bench player and frankly LaStella is capable of more.Good for him. I've not really been in his camp but I'm never unhappy to be proven wrong though prior to today he was hitting like .250 with no walks.
