Lmao. ..

Yea because a fan never gets too high or too low during the playoffs..

Some of you crack me up on here. .

Its ok to lash out when they lose or have a bad game, just as it ok to be excited and all when they win..
That what being a die hard fan does..

I guarantee you all do it at home

I try not do either but we're all human so I do a little of both from time to time. When the record was going insane I was trying to temper the over the top exuberance. I made a comment something to the effect of that these weren't the 1927 Yankees to which someone replied "how do you know?". I knew. Which is why I also know they don't suck now. You're tendency is to get too low, suggest a bunch of ideas you're fully certain will fix the team and then laugh at people for saying you're overreacting. It's harmless, and I don't think anyone's getting mad over it but it's the nature of your posts and if you don't think you'll get a little teased for it you're kidding yourself.

Being a fan does not mean you have to be an idiot. YMMV.

Ive made two suggestions. .
LF and a trade with the Yankees

Both are legit topics

Because saying im overreacting because I say on here what everyone else is thinking after a bad game or lost is laughable. ..
I understand their not going to win every game or be perfect. . But im going to react just like every fan would weather their 47-23 or 23-47 to those situations.

Im not going to say yeah.. its ok we got swept at home by the Cardinals. .. cause that didn't make me feel happy..
Im going to say Fu#@, they got beat by the damn Cardinals. . LetsGo

I've given up trying to talk you down but I am going to say this, when I say "oh well" I actually mean "oh well." I don't get that emotionally attached to wins and losses.

Talk me down from what ?

You and a couple others are the ones who think im cliff hanging or whatever because I simply make a comment about how tbey played or cause they lost..

It what you do during games and in tbe in games threads. ..

I dont think ive ever made a comment about a bad game after the games unless I did during a conversation and I never bring up about a lost except for my initial post and I dont have something to say about every lost..

I make simple comments on a message board, there no emotional attachment. ..
There like 3 or 4 of you that making it a big deal

Yes, but he should be better in CF than he is. He just seems lost on the routes there. In RF he's top 10 in baseball, if not top 5.

It depends. Two years ago he was a GG finalist. Last year clueless. This year, somewhere in between. This year, Best OF in all of baseball defensively. I think the poor performances is credited to a mental lapse perhaps. Hard to say if it is that because it is not obvious.

Try learning simple English. The word you're looking for is LOSS.

Make sure you double check your spelling before you hit send, otherwise the red marker comes out.

You do you. But to answer this as to why people are treating you in such a way, you spent the better part of weeks talking about how they had to trade for a LF when they were losing. And then it was they had to trade for Miller. Maybe you're not emotional about it but the way you come off seems that way. Basically what I'm saying is that your often suggesting they need to make a move whenever they lose. Sometimes a loss is just a loss. And often teams that reactively make a move regret it. It's one thing if they lose like 15 of 20. Getting swept in a 3 game series happens.

Don't even say things like that. If this team lost that many games in that term you'd be checking emergency rooms for failed jump attempts.

I made a suggestion and had conversations with other posters who responded to it...
Same with Miller, which happened to become a media topic as a Cubs possibility..

So, i guess no one should make suggestions or have thoughts on player movements in a Cubs message or be damned..

I don't really care why a couple of you are getting off telling me to calm down or whatever....

And again, i suggested two moves a LFer and a lefty reliever.
That not quite looking to dump players or whatever because they lose..

I dont know where you think i cliff jump after losses.

They lose a game i felt they should of won, im going to say fudge they should of won after that game...
As most fans have done.

They got swept by the Cardinals, i hate the Cardinals..
So, im going to say fudge they got swept by the damn Cardinals after the series..
As most fans did

I have never gone on and on about a lost, ive ended it after my initial comment...

But whatever.. some of you wanna bandwagon here on me
Go right ahead... Enjoy yourselves

Look man I really don't care how you want to react. As I said in the first post down this tread, I'm not interested in talking you down. All I'm doing is telling you why people feel you're being irrational. If you disagree with it whatever but there's legitimate reasons why people think that.
