Lackey got pretty upset with 2 pitches that just missed outside that he didn't get the call. Ump was dead on as they both did miss.

Cubs with a 2 out double by Bryant in the 1st, Rizzo grounds out into the shift.

Lakey zips through the 5th. Bottom of the order due up for the Cubs. I think Baez gets him this time.

Shame Lackey didnt finish that inning. But, as of right now, Lackey ERA is 2.87. That puts all 5 of the Cubs starters with an ERA in the top 30 in all of the majors.

Rizzo shouldnt be going to second there unless you absolutely sure you are going to make it. No need to be aggressive there. Now, the inning prolongs and we could not score and our closer will need to keep warm.
