The ball 4 pitch was a borderline strike. I dont mind the pitch. Goldy is dangerous and that was a well executed pitch.

Should have. Pitchers have issues there. Guys like Johnson didn't matter when they were throwing heat in the high 90's with a huge slider to counter it.

But guys who depend on ball movement vs raw stuff... Ya. I'll bet Hendricks would have issues there vs Arrieta. Stuff vs lesser stuff.

Basics: Johnson had success there. Doubt Maddux would have.

He was getting rocked in SD, i think he gonna get hammered in AL and Comiskey.

Also wondering how much of the 21 mil owed the next 2 yrs for a 35 YO their on the hook for or did they give up a few prospects for SD to take a chunk of money..
