I've been impressed w jake lately, but I'm a lil worried about him today. Just bc of how AZ really made Lester work yesterday. Hopefully Arrieta can be efficient and throw strikes, but this is gna be a tough test for Jake. On the contrary if he goes out there tonight and looks like the Jake of old, I might finally be ready to say Jake is back!

Jake clearly does not like Contrares being fidgety behind the plate. I thought Avila was gonna get Q, still might I guess, they can always put Willson in left.

Being that there just 2 mos. Left..
If their gonna give Avila a set SP, id prefer it be Lackey and then get a start here and there to give Contreras an extra day off..
I'd prefer Contreras to stay with the 4 SP that will pitch in playoff and stay in tune with them..

My wish list for any position player added in Off season, is none of them are dead pull hitters..
Tired of seeing balls hit hard up middle or in a hole and get played for easy ground outs..
