I suspect it's going to get Soriano Ugly later in the life of Heyward's contract. He will never opt out as no one will pay him. Theo will keep hoping he gets hit by a truck. Heyward's name will become the punchline for a number of jokes written by Cardinal fans. This wont be pretty

As bad as he can look at the plate, he gets on base at a better rate than expected, runs well, and is rock solid on D. Soriano did none of those things well. (After early years, when he would steal)
