That overturn call comes out to be huge. Rizzo strikes out with 2 on to end the inning.

You just wish they had better situational hitting approach. Castro and Denforia both look to shoot the ball the other way and get on but Montero/Soler/Baez come up there with their big swings and strike out.

i don't think we are going to have problems in get in, the problem now is that we have to win the wild card game in Pittsburgh, surely it is possible but i see more chances for us in Wrigley

We've talked about this over and over....until these kids learn what situational hitting is all about, the Cubs have a huge disadvantage in close games. Just a matter of shortening up your swing to just make contact. I wasn't able to see a lot of the game but the wind looked like it was blowing in hard....not a HR day at Wrigley. These kids need to know that swinging from the heals won't do you much good on days like today.
