I reiterate: Scott Brooks is an idiot.

Ibaka (27min), Collison (17min), and Perkins (18min) are the only big men OKC is playing.

Thabo Sefolosha is playing PF for a LARGE chunk of the game for some ungodly reason.

Want to know why OKC is losing the rebounding battle and Sefolosha is getting well over the 20 minutes per-game that I said he should be getting? Because Scott Brooks is allowing Miami to play their style of basketball. You NEVER want to play a fast-paced style against Miami.

Dude...just...go...away. Seriously.

Key steps to becoming a cowardly fraud.

1. Ride LeBrons nuts all year.

2. Pick the Thunder in 6 games.

3. Pretend to have picked the Heat when they're up 3-1.

4. When exposed, cover eyes and ears and wish the exposer would just...go...away.

OKC is the better team...but I am tired of the Lebron naysayers so I wouldn't mind if Lebron got a ring. I think OKC is the better team and I have them winning in 6.

What...? Sefolosha is never playing PF. He might be guarding Lebron, but that doesn't mean he's playing PF. Furthermore, Sefolosha is OKC's best perimeter defender. You need him in the game for more than 20 minutes. Look at the foul trouble that Durant and Harden have been in all series. You pretty much have to play Sefolosha when those guys are in foul trouble anyway...and they're in foul trouble every game.

And as far as pace goes...OKC is a fast paced team just like the Heat are. Their halfcourt sets aren't much better than Miami's. You pretty much know that Durant, Westbrook, or Harden is going to get the shot. Also think about this...OKC has played pretty bad each game. Their shooting (especially from the free throw line) has been uncharacteristically bad. And yet they're still right there with Miami in each game. Granted, they've faded down the stretch in each one for various reasons, but they've been in each game and if a couple things go differently they could be the ones up 3-1 right now just as easily.

I will agree that Brooks needs to be playing Ibaka and Collison more. Perkins is too slow to keep up with Miami and is pretty much worthless offensively even with Miami's garbage frontcourt defense. Ibaka at least can make a jumper and Collison gets a lot of those scrappy hustle baskets. I'm not sure why those guys aren't playing more. Collison got a good amount of run in game 1 and when he was in the game the Thunder were playing really well because of his hustle on the offensive glass. Imo he needs more than 20 minutes for sure.

My disagreement is that Thabo is defending the PF position because that is what LeBron's role within the offense is right now. OKC needs to try to run with Ibaka and Collison in the game otherwise their efforts will be futile because they are having Durant, Thabo, and Harden trying to defend Miami's PF too often.

Collison and Ibaka will get burned if they guard Lebron. It will be a score or a foul or both EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thabo at least has a chance of forcing a miss and keeping Lebron on the perimeter. Honestly, I'd rather have Thabo on Wade all the time, but Durant can't guard Lebron without also getting 5 fouls, so the Thunder are doing what they have to. It's not Thabo's fault the team isn't rebounding. His job is to force the miss, it's everyone else's job to secure the rebound.

There is an upside to running for the Thunder but the upside of slowing down the pace is stalling Miami's offense (maybe) and also to take the power game away from LeBron and give Perkins a chance to set up on defense along with Ibaka/Collison to stop him from dominating the paint down-low.

OKC really needed to play a fundamentally-sound style of basketball in this series. You can't beat Miami with talent; it has to be with strategy and coaching. That has been a failure so far.

They need to either put Ibaka on LeBron or play zone defense. Or else LeBron will keep pounding the ball into the paint at will and OKC can watch them raise the trophy as a result. They need Ibaka on LeBron and Perkins/Collison on Bosh. Sure, you can put KD/Sef/Harden on James at times. But you NEED to force LeBron into being a jump-shooter because that isn't how he typically beats you.

 that's pretty sick, but let's give Hue a break now.
He's a pretty sensitive guy.......and I don't want him blaming me for this outrage.
In a way I think he chose OKC in 6 only because I chose Miami in 6.....He posted that quote like right after I posted my predictions of Miami winning in 6.
That's the only logical explanation for his contradictions and going against his own beliefs...He hates me so much that he wanted to post the opposite opinion of mine, even if it meant giving up his loyalty to King James, which he did.

That's my hypothosis on this dreadful fumble.
