Damn hard to win when you can't score...pretty much the same players. All having off years but Baez and Zobrist? Doubtful. I was never a huge fan of Mallee but they were never like this under his watch, some yes but not for extended periods like this year. Do you blame Davis for this mess? Just how much difference does a hitting coach make? I never thought that much but after this season, I just might be changing my mind on that. Right now, they are a 3 run homer team that doesn't hit many homers. That is not good.
