Jerrell was in beast mode last year. Hands down most consistent player on defense (outside of the juicing suspension). Opposing RB or TE YAC when he was in coverage had to be ridiculously low.

I wont say that I think you're wrong about that but I personally believe Akiem Hicks was a consistent beast spending alot of time at a thankless position as an edge bending 5 tech, that is also the most physically demanding in this system next to NT, & he still got a nice sack total in a 2 gap base. I thought Hicks was the defensive MVP, easily.

I have come to realize that Freeman may be the best interior linebacker in the NFL. Sure, maybe he is a product of the Bears’ system or maybe all the other players around him just aren’t any good and he has to pick up the slack. But you can’t deny that he is a very productive and solid player. The Bears are lucky to have him.
Now, if he can just stay away from the PEDs lol.

I am looking forward to watching him in 2017.
