Isn't that dangerous?

Do you ever take a step back and realize you are on a bears message board debating Michigan gun law? Are you seriously this obsessed?MCL 28.432 An individual can carry, possess, use or transport a pistol belonging to another individual, if the pistol is properly licensed under the Act, and the individual carrying, possessing, using or transporting the pistol has obtained a license to carry a pistol concealed permit from Michigan.
Driver of the vehicle had a concealed weapons permit. Gun was properly registered. Do you think the fact Jamo was in the car changes anything?
Is he, at this point, facing charges.....yes or no?Also you going to admit you were wrong and cant read?
Did you find it in the article or should I ask my 5 year old niece to teach how to search within articles on the internet?
He’s taking a break from blowing out his fish’s buttholeDo you ever take a step back and realize you are on a bears message board debating Michigan gun law? Are you seriously this obsessed?
Just go and attempt having some semblance of a life off the internet.
More fun stuff from PFT…
“Williams will be facing both prosecution by authorities and a potential suspension by the league.
Last year, Williams was suspended for violating the league’s gambling policy.”
Lions WR Jameson Williams faces concealed weapon charge
Detroit police are investigating why Williams wasn't formally arrested on October 8.www.nbcsports.com
Is he, at this point, facing charges.....yes or no?Oh uh, this says he faces charges. Another @nc0gnet0 meltdown incoming.
Per WXYZ-TV and now PFT, yes he is. If you feel they are using the term wrong go write to them but I quoted what the article said.Is he, at this point, facing charges.....yes or no?
Regardless, as per the definition, he has not yet been charged.Per WXYZ-TV and now PFT, yes he is. If you feel they are using the term wrong go write to them but I quoted what the article said.

Will he be? I don't think so, not if the facts as I understand them are accurate.
Facts
1) both guns were legally registered.
2) the cars driver was Jameson's brother, who has a concealed weapons permit. (to be honest, I am not even sure if who own the car matters, it could also be a rental)
3) both were co-operative and when asked immediately told the officers when asked that there indeed were guns in the car.
4) At the heart of the matter is the fact there are two laws that in a way contradict each other. It is also the reason for the confusion (in my estimation) at the police headquarters. Probably also the reason they bumped it up to the prosecutors office to clarify.
Why was he breaking the law?Regardless, as per the definition, he has not yet been charged.

Lonely troll meltdowns are hilarious. Imagine spending this amount of time and energy hopelessly defending a guy facing his third suspension, and possible arrest. lolRegardless, as per the definition, he has not yet been charged.

suspended for what?Lonely troll meltdowns are hilarious. Imagine spending this amount of time and energy hopelessly defending a guy facing his third suspension, and possible arrest. lol
It isn't regardless. You were being a royal douche acting like I lied or made something up when all I did was quote the article and you further exacerbated yoour douchebaggery by then claiming the article never said he was facing charges when it clearly did.Regardless, as per the definition, he has not yet been charged.

I heard he’s facing the death penalty.suspended for what?
He didn't break the law.
The sergeant on the scene did not make the call to have him released. It was only after he made several calls to HQ that decision was made.It isn't regardless. Further the story here is how Jameson was about to be arrested and taken to jail went a police sargeant intervened in large part because he was a Lions fan. There is no scenario otherwise where a cop would spend 30 minutes making calls trying to avoid arresting someone. He would naturally just take the guy doen to the station and sort it out there.
(2) A person shall not carry a pistol concealed on or about his or her person, or, whether concealed or otherwise, in a vehicle operated or occupied by the person, except in his or her dwelling house, place of business, or on other land possessed by the person, without a license to carry the pistol as provided by law and if licensed, shall not carry the pistol in a place or manner inconsistent with any restrictions upon such license.
(3) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or by a fine of not more than $2,500.00.
I said he spent 30 minutes making calls ie making phone calls. You then quote an article that 100% confirms what I said. Jesus Christ. Learn to read. The sergeant on the scene did not make the call to have him released. It was only after he made several calls to HQ that decision was made.
Over the next 30 minutes, the sergeant would make a series of phone calls to higher-ranking officials, trying to determine if Williams needed to be arrested or if the driver’s CPL covered both his and Wiliams’ gun.
Again learn to read. The article I sent says the following. This statement is pure speculative bullshit on your part. It is routine for the Detroit Police Department to send a high ranking official to the scene when ever dealing with a public figure.
