Classy responses from Jannik and Elaine today. Par for the course. Hansen basically implying that Hossa faked it. That organization is really unbelievable.

I'd like Hossa to sit out the Sharks game and maybe the next one as well, just to be on the safe side.

Even though he's passed all his tests, physically skated today and probably tomorrow - and feels 100%...he should sit out?

See! Now you see why I had to create a fucking pimp slap pic of him earlier in this thread. Little *****.

Yeah I mean because who would put more faith in a former 1st Rder, AHL Calder Cup Memorial Cup (heh) winning, 3x Stanely Cup Finals appearing, Stanley Cup winning, Olympics national team making, 15-16 yr. NHL vet who's only ever been respected by everyone in the League and who's thought of as a consummate professional, beast of a player, and one of the best Forwards in the game for his generation versus a bush-league, low level Dane who has't DONE or WON jack shit in hockey and who currently plays for the most reviled team in NHL hockey. . .who ALSO haven't DONE or WON jack shit in hockey. Yeah, Marian FUCKING Hossa a diver and embellisher. . .GTFOOH Vancouver players and fans because now you're just taking your buffoonery to a whole nother level morons.

That ***** needs to STFU with that weak sauce. I can't with these fools anymore.

Hee!

ETA: Thanks, in my angry haste I wrote the AHL Calder Cup instead of the Memorial Cup for the Winterhawks win. Hossa got to bypass the AHL and he went straight to the Sens back in the day.

I couldn't help myself... usually I am able to keep my opinions shackled to IHN, but I had to comment on this article written on the Providence,

It's back on there...

"Why does the extent of an injury matter? He elbowed someone in the back of the head, something that the game is trying to get rid of, and was suspended for it. Get over it Vancouver. Funny, Canucks fans call Hossa for a dive (why would he leave the game with two goals if he was "selling" it?), yet Kesler was nailed for a diving penalty in that game. I don't hear any Canucks fans chuckling about that. No class or respect for their peers by joking about a suspension handed out by the league... always denying that they did anything wrong, the NHL should fine AV for making a mockery out of the disciplinary system to the media. If he had any class he would accept the suspension and move on. Jannik Hansen downplaying his actions and says he is an honest player that never had any incidents... as far as I'm concerned he's never been caught -- starting with the recent cross-check he gave to that ref. Not that I expect anything more from an organization that builds a statue for a coach that throws in the towel, and that has a false sense of entitlement when they have never accomplished anything or own up to their mistakes. Go ahead and riot about it, throw in another towel, keep giving up, and laugh about it later, after all its never your fault... until Vigneault and Gillis are gone, your organization will always be known as a dirty, diving, whining, self-entitled cocky bunch of losers that will never win a Stanley Cup."

These fucking clowns in Canucks nation do not even realize the potential can of ridicule they open themselves up to with every passing moronic statement they make. You could search non-stop for a goddamn month to try to *find* video footage of Marian Hossa trying to dive or having a propensity to dive and embellish during his career and you would be hard-pressed to come up with enough material for a 5-sec compilation.

Vancouver?

Hossa is right, and is this the time where we should wonder if we should rush Hossa to come back with all these positive signs?? I don't want to see that happen to him again, but it never hurts to have him out there as a way to rally the boys. Tough call.

I'd MUCH rather him sit out tomorrow night for safety's sake...

That doesn't make sense to me if he's fine.

He left the game because he felt shaky...went to the quiet room. Did the concussion tests and passed...so he just had his bell rung. So now sit him? It'll be 3 full days.

Makes sense to me since concussion symptoms can crop up after a period of time....I'm just saying I would rather err on the side of safety now to ensure he's good later in the season and into the playoffs.

I think if the case is anytime he gets hit hard, he has to sit a week...then buy him out at the end of this season for sure

Toews also "passed" his tests before the playoffs last year, but turns out he still had symptoms as late as November.

Didn't they already clear up that he didn't have a concussion? He had concussion like symptoms which had to do with some sort of neck injury and not an actual concussion? So he wasn't actually hiding anything they just got what was off with him wrong. He went to some neck acupuncture guy or something and boom all better no more symptoms.
