Before Knox slipped and led to the interception against SD in 2011, cutler threw a ridiculous rainbow touchdown pass against them from 20 yards out. Still don't see how he got that ball to drop in

both the 2009 Vikings @ Bears and 2012 Colts games were awesome. that Marshall/Jeffery tandem was so awesome.

Here is another example. 59 yards to Knox right in stride. Answers the "right in stride" question earlier in this thread.

Good find! Beat me to it. The bomb to Alshon vs the Colts was pretty sick also

Its too bad they couldn't have been kept together. Although both were incredibly big, they complimented each other well as Jeffery was good at grabbing deep passes and Marshall could take short hitches and turn them into 15-yard gains.

Marshall caught passes funny too. he'd like stop, turn around, make the catch, and then just power through people for gains. it's sad him and Bennett are gone. big powerful receivers like those are great to have. they don't get raped every play by corners like skinny weeners like Johnny Knox did (he accounted for a ton of interceptions just by getting outpowered)

Yes, it makes me sad that the talented quartet of Marshall/Jeffery/Bennett/Forte was disbanded. That seemed like such an intimidating force, at least on paper. What a waste...

The throw to Marshall against the hawks was my personal favorite. Cutler has always had one of, if not, the best arms in the league. The only guy comparable is Stafford IMO. While they both have their significant shortcomings you can't take a damn thing away from their arm strength.

True dat. Yet there are people who say we're a better team without them.

I always liked this bomb to Alshon vs the Colts. That thing was fuckin 60 yards in the air and right on a dime. Cutty looks like he barely put effort into the throw.
