Again, you're right on.

Richards want's a Campbell-esque contract. Granted, he's infinitely more worth a contract like that, but still... whatever he gets is going to be a big contract.

I'd rather see the front office get creative with their new found cap freedom. So much is possible now.

Again, I dont want to tire patch holes in this team. They need a 2nd line center yesterday (bolland people can lose their password to this site) and other offensive pieces.

If you want to compete with the teams that are loaded with speed and scoring you have to sign a player like richards. toews,kane,sharp,and hossa need another guy to compliment the offense.
