Reds in talks to trade Latos to the Marlins and another SP elsewhere.


When the Cubs signed Lester, the guys on MLBN predicted that this would motivate the Reds into sell off mode because the Cubs would likely pass them in the division (as I said). Looks like that could be the case.

Theo's moves were critical in the winning of that championship. He acquired Schilling and Foulke. He traded Nomar for Mientkiewicz and Cabrera. He also acquired Dave Roberts who was instrumental in keeping the series alive against the Yankees.
