According to the article, he took the breath test and passed. It was .03 and their limit is .08. So it was way under. But the prick cops looking for a big collar asked for a urine sample because the 'weren't satisfied with the reults'. He refused. That is bull shit! Still not a big fan of this article but it's slightly better than others.... I did like this point that everyone seems to be glancing over.
Also, everyone was reporting his buffoonery but only the trib (that I saw recently) was talking about him needing to be traded and I think it was dumbshit rosenbloom who was leading the cry. I'm convinced that the trib like to have some of their writers editorialize some of the dumbest shit so that the other writers can give credence to it by rebutting it. Sounds familiar? Yeah ESPN does it constantly.

See... and that I just don't agree with or get. I get the stranglehold aspect and all but big fucking deal... let McD start pulling press passes. That would be the worst thing he could possibly do. What do you think a guy will right about the second his press pass gets pulled... You pull back the curtain and all gets exposed. I attribute it more to them just being douchebags. If he starts pulling press passes 2 things happen. 1.) Shit ton of negative publicity, 2.) Shit ton less publicity in general as there would be less people to cover them.

See, and that's the worst part, it's not like they have anything to lose? It's not about being brave... They write an article and what happens, they get their pass pulled and then what... ohh that's write they still get paid and nothing changes except the bad publicity for the team. I can understand from the CSN guys as they are kind of indirectly paid from the team, but the other guys who get paid either way... what's the hard? They have nothing to fear.
