Only shows how pathetic you are.

Stop pretending like what you say is golden. Thats the problem--its not. You try to posture as this neutral outsider who has something to add but, really, your shit is just stupid and corny. And now your sad in the pants because someone has finally called you out on it. Youve tried to be benign but after awhile that becomes equally offensive and stupid. Its like, shut the **** up and take your role playing somewhere else.

This post basically is what amounts to "I know you are but what am I." Like I said before, a typical canned response from someone who is incapable of something more...and like I said in my edit, take your role playing somewhere else, you poser. Your shit has two halves. One half is stupid, the other half is corny. And its like your two halves try to one up the other.

i think its funny that in your two most recent responses you have pretty much emulated my earlier post about you being a hypocrite, calling people names, and diverting the arguement

you attacked me because you think that i think that everything i say is "golden"..while you yourself get angry and attack others when they disagree with you because in your eyes they are "stupid"

and when i made that statement...you completely diverted from it and started calling me names instead of addressing what i said about you...

so, in other words, i know what i say is not always golden but when i called you a hypocrite, and i said you divert the arguement, and i said you attack people especially when they disagree with you...how am i wrong on that when in your last two responses you have done nothing but supported everything i have said...

and on that note, i am done with this thread

you have got to be the most insufferable jackass i have ever met on the computer or real life and i really wonder how you make friends

Lebrick isn't even near Pip.

I'm talking about being a WINNER and a Player.
Talent and athleticism goes to Lebron but that's it.

pippen had 32 points, 13 rebs, 7 assists, 5 steals in game 5 against the lakers for their first title

i would argue that lebron isnt even to pippen's status in the finals right now

James Worthy and Byron Scott didn't play in that game either. That had a lot to do with that performance.

true, but regardless...lebron has not had anywhere near a performance like that in the finals....especially in a closing out game in his FIRST finals appearance

I really don't think it is fair to say that James is a flat-out better athletic specimen than Jordan. Or that he had more "talent" than Jordan.

If talent has something to do with skills than we can automatically draw the conclusion that Jordan>James in terms of talent.

Sure, James has some upside over Jordan from a pure athletic, physical standpoint. But that is not what basketball is all about. James will never have the coordination, timing, handle, or jump-shot of Michael Jordan. Not to mention Jordan's competitive edge or killer instinct. And the desire to want to prove his critics wrong by going out there and making his "short-comings" his strengths.

Let's not be bold enough to say that Pippen is anywhere near LeBron James though. That's simply not true.

Pippen did get a lot of his open looks for the simple fact that he was apart of an offense which featured Michael Jordan. He got a lot of his assists because he had Michael Jordan to throw to in transition. I'm not talking about just this game, but in general.

Could Pippen take that 2007 Cavs team out of the Eastern Conference (as shitty as that conference was)?

Could Pippen challenge the 2008 Boston Celtics as a 1-man team and force that series to 7 games?

Could Pippen average like 30 points at 47% shooting on a team that depended on him to be essentially the entire offense? LeBron James averages 30-7-7 in his career... Even in these Finals, he averaged Pippen-esque numbers... and that media are going out and saying that he struggled mightily.

lebron's handle is as good as jordan's imo..i would argue his passing ability and IQ are as good if not better than jordan's(it sounds ridiculous but watching him in the finals..alot of his passes are perfect and although he didnt take responsbility for his own points that often offensively he did set his teammates up again and again)

i just think that lebron is a naturally more gifted player than jordan...he was given a 6'8 270 frame(basically if you're looking at height and weight you'd think this guy would be a body up post guy)...but also has the ability to be a point guard, drive to the lane, pull up, play perimeter defense against the fastest guards/forwards in the league such as rose

is jordan in the top 10 or 5 talent wise? Yes(in fact he is probably 2nd to james or 3rd to james and wilt)...but i have never seen anyone with the combination of size and perimeter abilities that lebron has....again lebron could have made an NBA roster when he was a sophomore in high school(atleast thats what ive heard)..thats how naturally gifted he was

the thing is...lebron is lazy(he hasnt learned any post moves that would imo make him more productive now and would also help down the road when he loses a step) and plays with no emotion and plays down to adversity...

thats what makes jordan the best...the combination of great talent and skills...but also an unparalleled drive

LeBron struggled mightily because he didn't win, even with Wade and Bosh to take the pressure off of him. James now has 2 guys who are supposedly able to take control of games that he can pass to. Pippen only had one guy--granted it was MJ. I think that LeBron won't win if he is trying to be the no.1 on the Heat. Maybe if Pat Riley convinces him to concede to Wade more often, he could win a championship...I don't see that happening for a while though.
But hey, if I remember correctly, a Pippen-lead team made it to the Conference finals the year that Jordan was playing baseball.
If you took Wade out of the equation in Miami, they wouldn't win 50 games and would be an early out in the playoffs.

i never said lebron as an overall player is better than pippen..but in the finals...i cant say he has been better than pippen...he's averaged around 18-20 PPG in the finals...his FG has dropped..and he's had 2 games below 15 points

hence the quote and bolded part:

i would argue that lebron isnt even to pippen's status in the finals right now.

lebron gets open looks from penetrating guards like wade and chalmers but doesnt take them..thats another thing i noticed..especially in the 4th quarter this series

I agree with almost all you said but still... Jordan had amazing body control and finishing ability around the basket. LeBron is one of the best in the league at finishing around the rim but he's not at Jordan's level. I am not sure anybody is.

I don't think LeBron is anywhere close to being as good of a ball handler as Jordan. But the one skill he has better than Jordan is his passing ability, and that makes up for not having as good of a handle as Jordan.

LeBron is flat out bigger, stronger, and faster than Jordan. He can get up higher than he could. But that doesn't mean he was a flat out better athlete because Jordan did have better hands, body-control.

And sure, LeBron James was a better passer than Jordan. But Jordan pretty much had every other skill over LeBron. His timing was better, his shooting, post-up game, and coordination.

I respect where Pippen was coming from when he said he believes that LeBron could be better than Jordan. But I'm not 100% convinced that he could. I don't think he has the motivation to be. Or the coordination.
