ChiCity,

Simple question.

If the Bulls had the available CAP space, would you be in favor of signing Kevin Durant?

ChiSox,

Simple question.

What do you think of my idea of signing Durant but sending him to the D-League so we block him from other teams and it doesn't hurt our rebuild?

Oh lord. ChiSox has me laughing my balls off in this thread.

He represents the typical overly pessimistic Bulls fan to a tee. He basically thinks that if a player is not on Jordan's level, they must not be worth considering to lead the team.

Durant would be easily averaging over 30 points per game if not for playing with Westbrook. In my opinion, he is the best scorer in the league at his best along with Curry.

Durant averaged 30ppg playing with Westbrook too...that tells you something.

Rami, what do you think of my 'Stash and Dash' idea re: The Durantula?

You represent the overly optimistic typical of Chicago sports fans. Stars are great. Having stars on your team is obviously important. But in this day and age, you need multiple stars, balance and depth to win a championship. Otherwise you're just spinning your wheels like the Bulls have been the last 25 years. As OKC and Cleveland have demonstrated, you need more than Durant snd Westbrook to win. You need a great TEAM. Durant scoring 30ppg won't make a bit of difference on a team with an incomplete roster. You can't keep ignoring that simple fact just cuz... "Dude! Durant!"
