I took it as his early phases of the rehab. I think his participation might have been a couple snaps in the last preseason game.

What?? He's playing for Atlanta and he's not what we need to replace K.White. All we need is a healthy Alshon, E.Royal, M.Wilson to step up and then either Meredith or AJ Cruz or one of these other young kids to step up. If we had a P.Manning or a T.Brady or a A.Rodgers at QB we'd be great cause they make decent WR's look great.

The only reason to be happy is that not having Kevin White on the field makes the Bears worse, and therefore will have a higher draft pick. Thats about it.

I'm no doctor, but if they would have elected to have surgery right when the stress fracture happend, wouldn't he have been ready a lot sooner, maybe even for Game 1 or 2?

Can't really blame Pace for this. Just terrible luck. Though truth be told I wasn't really expecting a ton out of him as a rookie. Luckily they still have Jeffrey and royal and hopefully someone else can step up.

we have to worry about whether or not he's injury prone now. Rod in his shin? That doesn't sound good for his prospects of staying healthy long term

Unfortunately the Bears were unable to confirm Kevin Whites father before drafting him. A recent paternity test has revealed this is his father.

Personally I'm willing to give him time. This is, as you say, just bad luck. He took over a team in absolute shambles. Fixing this mess will take time.

Nope. Mick and I were saying this is a lot more serious than they were letting on and some on here blasted us for it saying fox said he'll be fine and surely he'd be on field for season.
