How about Ka'Deem Carey to Oakland for WR Brice Butler.

Agree with the OP.

They did about as much as they could. Surgery is always a last resort.

He got hurt so didn't practice. Where is the skillful gm-ery? How else do you handle someone who can't run? #stretch

I'm sticking with R.Wayne. He would be perfect to play with us and bring his veteran leadership.

I thought I just read somewhere where in a recent interview, white said he didn't have any fractures.

Todays or yesterdays paper I think. But he lied.

A lot of staffs would have ignored that limp since Kevin didn't complain about it during OTAs.

He then would have went full bore in training camp and likely would have made that stress fracture worse, and it wouldn't have been until something really serious happened that it would have gotten looked at - and who knows at that time what that would have meant for his playing career?

They went about it the right way where other staffs would not have, or not have been as observant.

It's not. The Kevin White injury doesn't really change anything. The Bears are bad either way. They still have a lot of good drafting to do before the team can become good again.

Then why did you call Ryan Pace a dope? Just that he hired a coaching staff with actual NFL experience at their respective jobss is a huge change in the way the bears have operated for decades.

Right, because I'm sure he never saw a doctor about the situation till now and I'm sure the doctors never told him what they found...

Do you even know the difference between a stress fracture and an actual fracture? If White says he has no fractures, it's because he has no broken bones. That means something entirely different than "I have no stress fractures".
