I hope that Gar Foreman snaps out of Paxsons hypnotic spell and uses Hinrich as trade bait in a package deal to the Bobcats for Ben Gordon.

Ben belongs on the Bulls and Kirk belongs on the Bobcats with the rest of there trash.

I hope Kirk wears the old school style Horace Grant goggles this season.
I didn't like the Danny Schayes style he wore in Atlanta. :troll:

P.S
Welcome Home Kirky Hienycakes :beerbang:

Now I have someone other than Boozer to blame for Bulls losses this season and I'm cutting you absolutely no slack.
:derbulls:
This season may just be enjoyable after all.

Not the reaction I was expecting considering the team is supposedly backed-into shopping from Wal-Mart again.

Your postings remind me of Skip Bayless. You should be on ESPN.

I don't think Hinrich is any upgrade over Watson at this stage of his career. But the Bulls had already made up their mind to get rid of Watson, so getting Hinrich is a decent option.

It shouldn't have been an option at all.

Pax/Gar=Jim Hendry.

**** Kirk Hinrich.
He sucked then and he sucks now even worse.
He's the next to get his jersey retired, and possible Pax's replacement someday in the front office.

Mediocricy for all eternity in Chicago basketball.

Woe is me.

In all fairness, Skip Bayless wouldn't have weighed-in defensive ability at all.

Kirk Hinrich is a filler. Its obviously not going to win us a championship.

This place seriously freaks out entirely too much.

Many are right about many of the people here. You don't want to trade your own players. You think too highly of all of them until things fall apart. Now nearly everyone is on board with trading everyone except Rose. I for one have been in the case of not wanting to trade Noah, unless a big man was brought back in return. I am still on board with that. Luol Deng is probably the most trade-able asset once he is healthy from his wrist injury. Boozer is not tradeable..until the last year of his contract..if he is still here. And even then, no one will want him.

This is going to be a lost season. There is not a whole lot the Bulls can do. They are strung deep in bad contracts. Boozer was the win now approach, unfortunately it was a terrible contract. If the Atlanta Hawks had never offered Joe Johnson that mammoth contract, he'd be here right now and it is entirely more likely that the Bulls would have beaten Miami in 10-11. They would have also relied a hell lot less on Derrick Rose and he wouldnt have worn down so much in the playoffs last year....and then maybe we don't see what happened to him this year.

But for better or worse, Johnson signed with Atlanta and we got stuck with the bench mob...great regular season performance..doesnt ever translate to the playoffs. The Bulls remain a 1 man show and will for another year. Their best bet is to move Deng (and others) in 13-14...if not its 14-15 when things really translate. Its hard to say what the NBA will look like then.

So in reality, I could care less what happens right now for the 12-13 season. I would honestly rather see this team play like the 96-97 Spurs and put themselves in perfect lottery position for the #1 pick.... I'm looking long term. Of course I will get fed up if things dont happen in the next few seasons.

I'm on board trading the whole team for JR Smith.
