Its not about losing Korver that has people mad..
I won't miss Korver much at all, other than his few 3 pointers once in a while.
The ridiculousness and anger is more over that Korver was resigned and traded for a freeagent(hinrich" who already agreed to just sign with the Bulls.
It is totally ridiculous and makes 0 sense.
If the Bulls were to resign Korver for trade bait, why couldn't they have used him in a package deal with other players like Deng-Noah or Boozer to the Magic for Howard or somthing?
The bottom line is that Hinrich is already a Bull, so why in the hell did Pax have to trade Korver for nothing?
This is really humorous to me
It makes no sense.
But then again, neither does Bulls management.

I'm more surprised that the Bulls didn't trade Brewer or Watson. I would have thought teams would have been interested enough in both of them to give us a pick.. or trade exceptions so we have room to make a deal for a guy even though we're over the cap.

Watson would have gotten 3.7 million next season. That's probably around what he's gonna get with his next team. Watson's probably not in demand, but I'm sure we could have gotten a 2nd round pick and/or trade exception by trading him to a team that wanted a backup PG and an expiring contract for next season.

Well if we do end up getting Minny's 2nd round pick like the CCS article on the front page says, I guess I'm cool with that. I'd rather still have Korver, but considering we were going to lose him anyway to save money
