I did not read the whole thread so idk if this has been discussed. But the wife and I just binge-watched all five seasons of Boardwalk Empire in a few weeks and it was very good.

I watch first 3-4 eps and could not get into it this season. So in your opinion it does not improve, that sucks.
Does anyone recommend watching Vinyl? I could not get too much into it either. I am wondering if it gets better?

I thought those episodes were good actually. I just thought the way they went through that season, and what came to be was just plain fucking stupid. There are some decent side plots, but anything with Frank (save one scene that I particularly enjoyed) was just a waste.
