nooo what's that?

Monster: "What you guys do for twelve hours? Play, uh, 'Name That Pope'?"

Jesus ole, you getting old. We had a discussion about the Selfish Giant before. You said your wife wouldn't allow you to watch, but you wanted to.

lol

the list of "boring shit [she doesn't] want to watch" is a very long one, lol. Usually because she wants something that is good background noise. I remember the movie now but didn't know (or remember) that Miss O'Brien was in it.

we re-marathon the sopranos every couple years, though.

I want to watch Sopranos, but I am still od'd on mob stuff, and just can't muster the interest.

I would say it's like 20% of it at best, and presented in an almost diametrically opposite way of glamorous. It is my favorite show in the world. Too bad everything else that david chase writes other than rockford files is kinda crap.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Notre Dame Fighting Irish
The Sopranos is my favorite tv show ever. I have that ****** memorized. It's better than 98% of mob movies.

Second fave is GOT, not sure they can catch Tony and company in just 13 hours.

Started watching Season 1 of "The Last Kingdom" BBC series on Netflix. So far so good. Following the story line of the book series fairly closely.

Those are my top two also. I have heard that they are considering doing either a prequel or a sequel of GOT when the series ends. Any idea when Martin's next book is going to come out?

Just finished watching Stranger Things.

Great series. Definitely indulges in nostalgia but has more than just that too it. Definitely worth watching. Excellent performances all around. And it was genuinely creepy through the first 5-6 episodes.

Also just watched Extras, the Ricky Gervais series. Its fuckin great. Funny and a lotta heart in that show.

Wife and I were looking for a little summer TV watching and picked up Orphan Black. 8 episodes into season 1 and it's not bad. A little quirky and certainly no Sporanos or Breaking Bad... but interesting.

I like orphan black. I think I'm in season 2 somewhere.

I've tried to start Penny Dreadful twice and fell asleep in the first episode.
