I'm staying at the DoubleTree Downtown.



No plans yet for pre and post food & drink, but gonna have to hit Pat's for a Cheesesteak at some point.

I just had a client in the office to pick up a settlement check and he says he's planning to go to Philly if they win tonight. We're gonna meet up for beers. He's 6'2 crazy cross eyed italian covered in tats who spent time in prison. I'd venture to say no one is gonna mess with me when he's in the vicinity.

Nope, never been. Have you been there? Is it as bad as they say? Either way, I'm still wearing my #88 jersey to the game. I may just cover it in a poncho so it doesn't get stained from beer or my own blood.

I went last night. Please wear your jerseys. The fans were nothing but class to me. I spent three hours walking around Wachovia in my Hawks jersey and only one person gave me shit and even he wasn't swearing at me. Most people were really cordial and totally class acts. I had a great time last night, despite the outcome. Here are some of my pictures.

There were other Hawk fans there.

Block Party outside. Why don't we do this sort of thing?

They have a case in the wall that holds all the hats thrown for all the hat tricks in the history of the flyers. Pretty damn cool.



You take the subway back down to the HOtel? I would imagine the crowd would have been worse had the Flyers Lost as well.
