Yeah Foles isn't disgruntled enough that he would take the fine associated with not showing up to mini-camp. So, if he's not there that means he's excused from being there. If he's excused, that likely means a trade is imminent. Obviously, not the biggest story of mini camp but definitely as interesting a story as the 3rd string QB could possibly have.
