Nagy's biggest fault was continually running the same plays that he called in Kansas City without the players from Kansas City. He had problems adjusting to his player's weaknesses.

the run game wasn’t great in 2018 but it wasn’t bad either. Jordan Howard definitely didn’t help in 2018 either. go watch tape on the offensive line the last 2 seasons, they are soft as cotton and got 0 push up front. how do you blame a coach for shitty personnel?

Foles was supposed to fix it, but he has 0 arm talent and mobility, not great for what he had in terms of protection. that’s an indictment on Nagy’s player evals not X’s and O’s. problem was Mitch lost his balls and was afraid to run, which would have helped.

the play calling argument is such recency bias. go back to 2018 and 2019 when Mitch was airmailing wide open targets until nagy had to DUMB DOWN the offense for him. I expect that to look better with Fields and Dalton honestly.
