I completely agree with this. Whats wrong with Miller is all in his head not his body. Unfortunately some head cases never get it together. I hope he does.

He'll be better with easier catches but he wont take better lanes/ set up blocks on WR screens or have a consistent route tree, hand position etc. I've never seen him lack effort.

I hope the best for Miller. If he can get the pieces together, run behind the D, and have a catchable ball delivered, I think it'll cover a lot of his issues.
We are in a win win with the guy. If he balls out and bounces, we get a comp pick. If he balls out and stays, yay! If he sucks, Dazz'll hold the door open for him, or that kid from Coastal Carolina. I like that kid.
So, I straight up hope the best for Miller. I've liked him for awhile, but think he got frustrated by the situation that Mitch put him in. Give the kid a restart; let's see what he can do.

I don’t understand all the hate Miller is getting on this board. He has the work ethic, athleticism, and charisma to be an elite wide receiver in this league.
Becoming a father, having to work through a very unusual COVID season, & a carousel of QBs are legitimate road blocks that he’s had to face in his young career. I’m not ready to write him off yet, especially for a guy like Dazz Newsome.
He looks like he’s transformed his body this offseason (probably added 10 lbs of muscle) and seems dialed in to quiet the haters.

I'm like, give the kid a break. 4.3 speed and decent hands means a shot with Fields. Even Andy friggin' Dalton is an improvement.

if miller had it all to be an elite receiver he'd have shown much more than what we saw...work ethic? i'd certainly question it, being a workout warrior is nice and all but focusing on the small details and/or intricacies of the position is what separates you from the rest...Miller unfortunately is at best an average receiver and so there are bigger problems than simple qb play...
robinson has not had a great qb to work with since coming into the league and still produces well.
