Yeah, the names we've been hearing for OC aren't exactly inspiring. Pep, Getsy and LULZ or whatever his name is in JAX. If this is the staff and "plan" that really impressed Poles, im giving him a strike until proven otherwise. But maybe this was the best out of the 3 candidates forced upon him.

What I want to see isn't a 17-0 team, while that would be great, I'm not setting the bar there,

IMO, they have two jobs next season.
1. Develop Fields into a solid QB.
2. Get the Defense back to respectable. I don't mean dominate, just want to see more effort from anyone that wasn't Quinn or Roqaun.

Polian was not pouting in the corner nor was George getting his socks wowed off.

Polian was right there in the middle of interviewing Poles and the other GM candidates and the HC candidates on the initial interviews. Polian told George "now sit down and don't open you mouth again" and George became a bystander.

All these HC candidates have to do to get the job most of the time is to blow more smoke up George's ass than the other candidates.
