If he throws 2-3 picks and does not score more than 30 points against a bad Packers defense would be what I am looking for.

I don't want to see a single pick from Jay. That being said, all picks are not equal. Throwing into double or triple coverage when someone else is open = Jays pick. A ball that hits a guy in the hands, he bobbles it up and it gets picked= not Jays pick. Some guys will excuse every pick, some guys will blame Jay for every one. If the Bears don't win today, unless its TOTALLY obvious it's not Jays fault, I'll be in the let him go camp. Damn good thing we don't make those decisions though.

Listen, they are only tv personality now, but both Jimmy and Terry who you can't say are anti bears or know nothings, think Jay should be out at end of yr. Take it for what its is. They also thought Mcnown shouldn't of lost his starting job but that's a different discussion.
IMO this game is it. Goes out and leads the team to a win he's a bear. Put up numbers similar to his 8 other games against GB he should be a former bear

I honestly don't understand how this stuff can continuously get discussed over and over and over.

I won't say the game solely matters but it will make a huge decision on Jay's future as the Chicago Bear's quarterback.

If he sucks today, win or lose,I would have to start pondering if he belongs here. But "sucking" means different things to different people

That last sentence must have been said by Clinton in 97 to Hilary.

Just because you say he's a problem doesn't make it so. Mccown was great against shit teams but then when he faced a halfway decent defense he did nothing . Immediately after that Vikings game every paper in Chicago had articles saying mccown is serviceable but he isn't in Cutlers league .

I think he means the Rams game or Vikings or Redskins or against the Sharks

I was pleasantly surprised by his play this year. He bought in and played exceptionally well.

Too bad. We lost with him and that's not acceptable in my book! Time to trade for a winner

Or Tebow. He is a winner and we have a QB guru so it will work
